This vibrating table is a great addition to the wheeled chocolate molding machine. It has 2 horizontal surfaces: grid and solid. Grid can be installed above the tempering bowl with chocolate, which simplifies mold tapping for shell candies making. Use solid surface for chocolate molds to remove air bubbles from the chocolate.
