Marathi-speaking flat buyers should carefully hear the contents of this video where the Vice President of Runwal's Horizon Projects Pvt Ltd is heard stating that the sales office of Runwal My City routinely inform the flat-buyers that their amounts will be forfeited if they stop paying. In this FIR statement, Runwal is trying to make out a police case of cheating, defamation and conspiracy against my self and three flat-buyers who are actively seeking refund of (or succeeded in getting) their booking amounts of over Rs 4 lakh rupees.

For Instance, Runwal Group owes Devdas Acharya, one of the accused in this FIR, Rs 6.7 lakhs with interest, but for the crime of saying this publicly, the company has filed a criminal case against him for cheating and defamation. Devdas and his wife, who live in a slum, can now expect to be harassed by the police after being deprived of their live savings by the builder.

Similarly, Runwal owes Alwin Dantas Rs 4.8 lakhs which it is denying.

Runwal has already paid back to Rajendra amounts totalling Rs 4.2 lakhs, and now it says that we cheated the company of this amount.
