Hicimos una ruta circular de 147km en 13 etapas, siendo los puntos más altos: Kala Patthar (5.643m), el Campo Base del Everest (5.364) y Gokyo Ri (5.340m).

6) Machermo (4.375m) - Gokyo (4.750m) // Distancia: 7,75 km
7) Gokyo (4.750m) - Gokyo Ri (5.340m) // Distancia: 4,00 km
8) Gokyo (4.750m) - Thagnag (4.640m) // Distancia: 3,95 km
