Kit was experiencing mental health struggles, and so became a West Sussex Mind service user.

In this video he tell us about his upbringing, about being diagnosed with cancer at a very young age and about how attending groups has really helped him.

He then underwent training to become a volunteer for the charity, which he enjoys very much. Here he explains how volunteering gives him a great sense of self-worth.
