Some of us may be struggling to find creative things to do with our newfound time not having to commute or some of us may be feeling unmotivated and down and have decided to put our 2020 goals on hold because understandably...COVID.

Whatever the reason, making a vision board to help you manifest your dream life is a great way to spend these quarantine days! Who says we have to stop dreaming and working on bringing those dreams to life even at home.

Shout out to my friends Michelle for being the inspiration behind this one and Eric for the flambé (1:04) tutorial.

I'm a big believer in the Law of Attraction, synchronicity and miracles happening that sometimes is beyond comprehension. Whatever you want to call it, defining what's important to us and what we want to achieve is a crucial foundational step to designing the life we want.

I'm not saying a vision board is the answer. It's simply a visualization tool to help you during your morning and evening routines as you visualize the life you want.

Two things I didn't mention in the video but are key to effectively using this tool is to:

1) During your morning and evening routines, imagine what it FEELS like to be living that dream life right now: What would you hear? Smell? What dominant emotions come to mind? Let these feelings fully envelop you.

2) Practice gratitude: Starting with a mindset of wholeness creates a positive vibrational energy for attracting what you want. Conversely, if you are coming from a place of lacking, you are reinforcing this belief that you lack X and Y and will continue to see that you are lacking.

I made a video on how to practice gratitude that you can watch here: https://bit.ly/howtopracticegratitude
