Graston or IASTM can be used to help treat knee pain from a sprained MCL and meniscus. The Graston Technique is also known as Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM). These tools allow us to mobilize the soft tissue, decrease inflammation, break down scar tissue, and promote healing.

In this case, we use Graston to help reduce knee pain and start the healing process.
