The "Accelerating Inclusive Market and Economic Development in Tajikistan" (AIMED) initiative, supported by the EU, BMZ, and Aga Khan Foundation, drives sustainable growth by empowering entrepreneurs in the Rasht and Zarafshon Valleys. Part of the larger Integrated Rural Development Project, AIMED has provided technical training, financial support, and soft loans to over 170 entrepreneurs and 32 enterprises, totaling nearly 761,000 EUR. The initiative has created 215 new jobs, boosting livelihoods and extending opportunities beyond the target areas to foster inclusive economic growth across Tajikistan. In this short video, entrepreneurs supported by the AIMED initiative share their personal experiences, highlighting how the project has positively impacted their businesses and contributed to their growth.
