This is a 2002 Bosch GSH 5 E hammer that is no longer hitting. 

The oil has all burnt up and someone has replaced it with high temp grease. Thos one needs a full stripdown to clean out all the old grease before fitting a service kit and replacing all the seals and bearings. 

It's worth noting that these service kits are good for getting  hammer hitting again, but they do not include and oil seals or bearings. These need to be purchased also. 

It's amazing what a 130 euro repair can do for a 600 euro tool.
