Ángela, 17, from Mexico, grew up in a family of educators. Her journey in STEM began when her technology teacher encouraged her to participate in the FIRST LEGO Challenge, where her team won the Rising Star award.

One of her standout projects is Ixtlilton, an AI-powered virtual medical assistant, earning her recognition in the STEM Talent Award: National Student Prize Mexico.

Today, Ángela promotes STEM education across Latin America, encouraging young people and women to pursue science and technology careers. She has spoken on international panels like InspiraMET to inspire more women in STEM.
