If you’re new to Geek Psychology, my name is Matt Sherman. People call me Sherman. I'm a personality type expert, life coach, hypnotist, author, podcaster, and course creator. I help mainly INFPs embrace their unique strengths and navigate life's challenges. Through practical strategies and deep insights, I aim to help people like you live a more fulfilling and authentic live where you can wake up and feel good about who you are and your impact on the world. This video is the fourth of this series that gets into the actual cognitive functions.

We use intuiting when we perceive what something could be by hypothesizing about it. We look into where it came from and where it could be going. It's abstract and focused on finding possibilities, patterns, and concepts.

Introversion is a focus of your mental energy inward to reprocess and make sense of things BEFORE interacting with, and seeking, new experiences.

Put them together and you have an abstract, pattern-focused function that "realizes" connections and deeper repercussions of what's happening.

Disclaimer: This is all my understanding based on what I've studied in my spare time. Psychology and games are hobbies. If you disagree with anything I say, then let's talk about it :)
