Hello folks im back with another one, sorry for the long time away from regualar uploads, i explain why in this video but your support throughout is very much appreciated.
This one i open up about my battle with mental health over the past 20 years. I have been asked about more in depth stuff regarding my struggles and so it felt right to make a video. Its very much a long video i know and not everyone will spend 50mins listening to me drone on but if you do want to listen i feel it could be relatable to some people and as i always say i think there is a lot to be said for being able to relate.
