We install a factory overhead console in my 1998 Jeep Cherokee XJ. This is an upgrade for those who have the single dome light over the front seats. The console runs from between the visors in the front to just in front of the rear seats. It also includes a display that gives you outside temperature, real time MPG, average MPG, miles till empty, and I believe "estimated time of arrival"

Things you will need for this upgrade:
Overhead console from XJ

Headliner from a XJ with a overhead console * optional* People have traced out the holes on their existing headliner.

Overhead harness- This runs from the console down the A pillar to the fuse panel.

Mounting bracket. This is goes on the cross member where you existing light is mounted to.

Temp sensor - mounted on the lower radiator support. Needed for the temp reading
