Any building constructed in Chennai and OTHER PARTS OF Tamilnadu should follow this TNCDBR –FEB 2019 BUILDING RULES.

This book has a new set of rules entitling "The Tamil Nadu Combined Development and Building Rules 2019" for buildings in Tamil Nadu, which came into effect as per G.O. No. 18 dated 04.02.2019. THIS ONE is available for public reference on CMDA website.

Under these rules, the Government of Tamil Nadu revised and re-issued various existed Building Rules under various Acts for Corporations, Municipalities, Town Panchayats, and Village Panchayats.
