Hey Everyone!

I started pulling some of the excess out of the freezer and turning it into food today! Getting ready to get things emptied out for the new stock to come in and also making sure to use everything we have and not letting things get 'lost' in the back of the freezer/fridge :D. Though my pigs and chickens do love it when I find them treasures!

I made some puff pastry simple apple tarts the kids adore with some slightly dry and cracked puff pastry I found and I fried up some tortilla chips as well. I made dog food from some chicken carcasses and we had Tuna Mornay Pasta Bake for dinner with some freezer bagels blitzed up in the thermomix for breadcrumbs :D
