Hi lovelies I’m letting you in on a day where I woke up at 5 AM but internally I was very stressed. I figured the best way for me to handle It was to really pamper myself and do the things I truly love. I treated myself to a body massage and relaxed by the pool with nice views as well as go to a new coffee shop. Leave a comment on how you manage stress the best.
