A quick overview of my 206 HDI 2.0 sleeper. These car's have around 90hp standard and this one has around double with 180hp.
Requiring only minimal hardware changes to get to that hp number, and doing so while keeping cruse fuel economy. That makes the 2.0 hdi engine quite inviting to tune.

Hardware changes include: Full 3inch exhaust with one rear back box (magnaflow). Ebay universal front mount intercooler and custom exhaust tubing plumbing. Uprated high pressure fuel pump plus sensor. EGR delete.

I also modified the inlet manifold internally (when I had engine out)
Software upgrade is the HDI tuners stage 3.

She does about 400mile to a tank of diesel. 0-60mph in 6.1's
