With the Allies closing in on Moscow Anatoly Cherdenko and General Nikolai Krukov gamble it all in a top secret time traveling machine , built by Dr. Gregor Zelinsky, going back to the past to erase Albert Einstein from existence and remove the Allies technological advantage.
Returning to the present they discover that the Soviet Union is close to total victory in Western Europe, but are suddenly attacked by a new enemy The Empire of the Rising Sun, a technological super-power following its "divine destiny" to conquer the world.
