SOFT YOGURT AND APPLE MUFFINS
Today I propose you the Yogurt and Apple Muffins, an easy recipe to make and that doesn't take too much time, so perfect for when we're at home and we have that sudden craving for dessert! We can prepare them as a sweet after dinner, but they are also perfect for breakfast or as a snack: dipped in latte or tea they are delicious! These muffins are really soft and very fragrant thanks to the PANE DEGLI ANGELI yeast and the presence of yogurt and apple pieces in the dough, which also make them moist at the right point. My recipe calls for the PANEANGELI Vanilla Aroma vial in the dough, but we can also use the vanilla bean or a teaspoon of cinnamon, which we can also mix with the PANEANGELI Icing Sugar to dust our muffins once they are out of the oven. Furthermore, to enrich our Yogurt and Apple Muffins, you can add raisins (about 30 g) to the dough and make them even softer and tastier!

Do you prefer an Apple Pie? You just need to double the doses of this recipe and use a 24 cm diameter springform pan, or a 30 x 10 mold to make a fantastic plum cake ... in this case the cooking times will be around 45 minutes!

2 eggs
120 g of sugar
40 g of sunflower seed oil
50 g of milk
125 g of plain yogurt
1 Vial of PANEANGELI Vanilla Aroma
270 g of flour
half a sachet of PANEANGELI yeast
2 apples
PANEANGELI icing sugar
