At the entrance of the university, we did not need to show our student card to gain access. The university has implemented a facial recognition system for all students and employees. This is already revolutionary, isn't it?

As soon as you enter the university building, the view opens up to this large recreation area provided for university employees and students. In this space, students can have a drink, chat, etc. Next to it, there is a café with prices tailored to the student's wallet.

A little further down is the Narxoz Shop.

In the middle of this place, there is a wall that attracts all the attention as soon as you enter it. It is called the scenery wall. This wall reflects the ambitions of the university, which wants to be ecological. On it are placed plants, with an automated irrigation and lighting system.

Our visit continues on the first floor. Here, there are also places where students can sit to work or rest. They can also go outside if the weather conditions allow it.

Now let's visit a classroom. As you can see, everything is super modern. Modern furniture, well decorated walls with plants on them, etc. This kind of classroom is intended for interactive courses to stimulate the active participation of students.

That's for a class of few students. What about a class of more than 100 students?
Here again, the university has modern lecture halls like this one. In these, there are modern chairs, air conditioners and large projectors. Apart from this, the university also has a large hall for important events. And to tell you frankly, I would like to sit on these chairs and doze off a bit.

On the second floor, at the first door, students are reminded that it is their duty to visit the library. Next to that, there are also places where students can sit to read books or work on their own computers. The shelves are filled with especially new books and self-service, so that students do not need to register to read books.

So what happens if your mom calls you when you're in the library? Obviously, the university has it covered. There is a noise isolation box within the library itself.

I would like to point out that this university is known for its economic studies. It is the best private university in the country according to the Times High Education. For this reason, it happens that all the beautiful girls of the country come to study at Narxoz University. For this reason, I apologize ladies and gentlemen, I'm going to flirt a bit.

On the second floor, we had not visited all the rooms. But since I am a foreign student, I went to the office of the foreign students department of the university.

On the third floor, as on all floors and in all corners of the university building, there are these recreation areas, with walls decorated with quotes from authors. And especially on this floor we have access to the big terrace of the University, which opens the view of the beautiful city of Almaty and its beautiful mountains. Here again, students can chat, have a coffee, and of course not forget about smoking and flirting.

We continue our visit within the university. There we are on the fifth floor dedicated to the faculty of computer science. This is what a computer lab looks like at Narxoz University. Look at these latest model computers. And I don't know if you've noticed, this keyboard with multiple colors. This is done purposely for a tutorial reason.

Throughout the university building, we have these impressive corridors. They are of a kilometer length that to travel from one side to the other you need a cab. So realistically, we're not going to bring cabs into the university, but the university did provide elevators to go up and down. So we took the elevator to the underground. Here, as you can see, it is full of lockers. In the underground there are more than 4500 lockers, more than enough for all the employees and students of the university. I mean, every student will have a locker and a password. I can't wait to have one too!

Lastly, we continued our visit to the university's inner courtyard. According to the university's ecological ambitions, they want to turn this whole indoor space into a botanical garden. And as you can see, there were already plants with an automated irrigation system set up. In the botanical garden you find these little boxes that are relouched. Again, it's not so you can sit there with your girlfriend and make out, it's so you can relax with other students and talk science. That's what college is all about.

Lastly, what I will show you is the pool. Narxoz University is the only university in Kazakhstan with a swimming pool. This means that if you have a crush on swimming, here you will take your swimming lessons without any problems.
