Longganisa Pasta
Ingredients:
-Longganisa (about 3 to 4 pieces, depending on the size)
-Spaghetti pasta
-Kesong Puti
-Water (about 1/4 cup)
Remove the skins of the longganisas
Simmer in water for about 10 mins
Cook the pasta and set aside
Chop the Quesong Puti into small pieces
Pour the cooked longganisa on the pasta, top with a generous amount of queuing puti
Take a pic and enjoy!
