I have just tried to clean up the audio the best I could, removing some points where there is audio artifacts so that it sounds a bit more like a modern recording.

What I changed:
Removed a bit of static at the start which was probably from the tape recorder.
Changed the bass and treble.
Changed the audio to mono rather than stereo as it was louder in the left ear by approx 2dB and I couldn't actually find the sweet spot, or the reason why. Plus it sounded better quality as mono for whatever reason.
Changed the min/max volumes of the set.
Tried to remove all of the audio noise.
Chucked the text on in Adobe Premiere Pro (I didn't use Movie Maker this time haha) for better preservation of audio quality (due to degradation by downloading the original audio from YouTube).
Couple of other things I don't remember.

This is an audio edit rather than a fix, as I've ripped this version from YouTube itself so there's compression issues there which won't necessarily be present in the original upload (due to being uploaded again), and there's still a few parts of the audio that I reckon could probably be fixed a bit more.
