Hello friends! Welcome to my channel! I'm sharing two zucchini recipes with you! Stop frying zucchini! Try these new, quick, healthy and delicious zucchini recipes! You will love these zucchini! This is the only way I cook zucchini!
Ingredients:
0:00 📌 1 recipe:
Zucchini 400 grams
sour cream 1 tablespoon
Egg 1
Flour 4-5 tablespoons
Greens (dill, parsley, spring onions)
Half an onion
Cheese 80-10 grams
Meat 60-80 grams
Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater.
Add salt.
Mix.
Place in a colander and let rest for 5-10 minutes.
Remove excess liquid.
Add the egg.
Add sour cream.
Mix.
Add flour.
Mix.
Chop the greens.
Add to dough.
Cut the onion into thin slices.
Grate the cheese.
Fry in vegetable oil.
Distribute the dough evenly.
Cover and fry over low heat for 10 minutes.
Turn around.
Spread half of the cheese on top.
Add onion.
Lay out the meat.
Add the remaining cheese.
Cover and fry until cheese melts.

Zucchini 600 grams
Eggs 3
Kefir 100 grams
Milk 100 grams
Flour 150 grams
Salt
Sugar 1 teaspoon
Vegetable oil 50 ml + for frying
Beat eggs into a bowl.
Add salt and sugar.
Add kefir.
Add milk.
Mix.
Sift the flour.
Mix.
Add vegetable oil.
Mix.
Cut the zucchini into small pieces.
Grind in a blender.
Add to dough.
Stir until everything is smooth.
Fry in vegetable oil.
📌 MY RECOMMENDATIONS FOR FRYING PANCAKES:
1. Grease the pan with vegetable oil before each pancake.
2. Fry at temperature 6 out of 9
3. Deep fry until crispy
4. Do not make pancakes in the pan and thin. They tear because the dough is very tender.
