New Orleans Style Stuffed Bell Peppers
Ingredients:
Ground Beef
Gulf Shrimp
Crawfish Tails
Plain Bread Crumbs
Bell Peppers
Celery
Butter
Chicken Broth
Season All
Accent
Garlic powder
Onion Powder
Shrimp and Crab Boil
Black Pepper
Cayenne Pepper
Garlic
Yellow Onion
Directions:
1. Split peppers in half and remove the core
2. Chop leftover bell pepper
3. Chop yellow onion
4. Chop 2 stalks of celery celery
5. Chop 4-5 cloves of garlic
6. Peel, devein, and cut shrimp
7. Rinse shrimp off with cold water
8. In a skillet, brown ground beef
9. Strain ground beef
10. In a skillet, on a medium heat add 6 tbsps of butter, and the trinity ( onion, bell pepper, and celery) Sauté for 5 minutes
11. Add garlic
12. Add ground beef, shrimp and crawfish
13. Season to taste.
14. Add 1 cap of shrimp and crab boil. Cook for 5 minutes
15. Turn off heat, add one cup of bread crumbs and 1/2 cup of chicken broth
16. Stuff peppers
17. Place peppers in a pan with water. Cover with foil, and bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes
18. Enjoy!
