Simui or Semai is very popular Indian Dessert recipe. It is also known as Vermicelli Kheer. Learn step by step easy Seviyan Ki Kher recipe and try to make at home. It is also very popular for Eid special recipe.

Ingredients of Semai:
1. Half ltr Milk.
2. SIMUI / SEMAI / SEVIYAN / VERMICELLI ( 50 GM ).
3. Cashew, Raisins and Kesar or Saffron.
4. 100 gm Sugar.
5. Ghee.
6. Green Cardamom (Elach).

Method of How to make Simui at Home:
1 -Take a bowl and add 2 tbsp milk and some Kesar or saffron.
2 –Add 2 tsp Ghee on hot pan.
3 -Now cook in low flame and add Simui or semai. Fry it and Stir it regularly for 2 to 3 minutes.
4 –Now add cashew, raisins and Stir it regularly for 2to 3 minutes.
5 -Now add Milk. Stir it regularly. Cook in high flame until simui becomes boiled.
6 -Add sugar as per your taste. Stir it regularly.
7 –Now add Kesar or Saffron mixture and stir it regularly for 5 minutes. Add green cardamom seeds and cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
8. Now ready your dudh semai or dudher simui.
