It's sort of a tradition for us to have a big breakfast on the weekend. (Occasionally we cheat and have a big breakfast during the week too.) Today, we tried a new recipe that Nonnie has been telling me about and it was a success! The biscuits were light and fluffy and very easy. Flour, heavy cream, and brushed with butter. That's it. The measurements are in the video. If you want to know how we make our milk gravy that we put on our biscuits, stick around and you can watch that as well.
