Goulash Recipe
Ingredients:
1½ pounds ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground pepper
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 green pepper, chopped
1-2 quarts bottled or canned tomatoes (I mash them up with a fork)
1½ cup wild rice
1 cup water or broth
Optional toppings: sour cream, grated cheese, avocados,

Directions:
In a large stock pot, fry ground beef with onion, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until browned. Add green pepper and cook for 2 more minutes. Add tomatoes and rice, heat thoroughly. If the rice absorbs to much liquid and the goulash seems a little bit dry, add a little bit of water.
