4st 7lbs is a song from Welsh rock group Manic Street Preachers off of their third record The Holy Bible. Written by rhythm guitarrist Richey Edwards, it is often viewed as a reflection of his experience with Anorexia. This video was done as a way to preserve the importance of its contents and to bring awareness to this condition, so suffice to say that viewer discretion is advised.
