We go over how to represent a system of linear equations in an augmented matrix. With a system of linear equations, we can store the variables' coefficients in a coefficient matrix, and the constants from the standard form equations in a constant matrix. Bringing these two matrices into a single matrix creates the augmented matrix for the linear system. With the augmented matrix, we can perform elementary row operations to solve the system. We go over several examples of augmented matrices for linear equations in today's lesson. #Algebra2
