Oda Nobunaga started to conquering tour on Takeda in Tensho 10,in Azuchi-Momoyama era
Oda Nobutada(as a general) and Tokugawa headed for attacking Takeda in Kousyu state.Old Takeda's vassals such as Kiso Yoshimasa and Anayama Baisetsu betrayed his master Takeda Katsuyori.
His troops collapsed before starting war, there was no choice but to escape. He and his all family did harakiri on Tenmoku mountain.
As short as 2 months Takeda was destroyed. To own to whole Japan, Nobunaga ordered Shibata Katsuie ,
Mori Nagayoshi and Takigawa Kazumasu to attack Uesugi in Echigo state. For getting Shikoku members, Oda Nobutaka was ordered to be a general, Niwa Nagahide as second general, Hachiya Yoritaka and Tsuda Nobuzumi were added. For Hashiba Hideyoshi's helping members(battle with Mouri), Akechi Mitsuhide and Hosokawa Fujitaka were ordered to go. He and his son Nobutada entered Kyo to deal with imperial court. Huge incident happened. Akechi Mitsuhide attacked Honnoji suddenly, Nobunaga and Nobutada both were killed.
The news of this incident spread un instant to whole nation. Oda's important vassals were placed in difficult situation.
