Cheap Travels from Europe to Asia - Turkey - Part4 -

Another episode of extremely cheap travels across Turkey. This video focuses on Lake Van, Çarpanak Island, dormant Nemrut Volcano, and forgotten Hasuni Stone City.
We'll visit many places around eastern and southern shores of Lake Van, we'll learn about specific highly alkaline watest of the lake, we'll get to isolated Çarpanak Island where we'll show the ruins of Armenian Apostolic Monastery Ktuts. Next we'll visit Nemrut volcanic caldera located to the west from Lake Van. We'll show the second largest volcanic lake of the world. Our last visiting place in this episode will be completely unknown to the tourists Hasuni Stone City.

As usual, our trips are organized in the most low-budget way possible.
With own supplies and free accomodation in a tent it is possible to greatly reduce the costs of expedition. Over 10.000 km of a month-long trip cost us around 250 euros per person.
