Motion: THP the ACC over the ICC

Infoslide: In recent years, the legitimacy of the International Criminal Court (ICC) has come under heavy scrutiny. Many African states accuse the Court of selective justice: to date, all 31 official cases at the Court concern African countries. Lately, the African Union (AU) has been seeking to study how to create an African Criminal Court (ACC), which some scholars perceive as the AU’s attempt to effectively replace the ICC.
