Tantôt léger, tantôt grave, Vic’s Mix arpente le vaste territoire créatif de Victor Quijada afin d’extraire plusieurs perles du répertoire du chorégraphe. En remixant son propre travail, en entrechoquant musique urbaine populaire et composition classique, Quijada expérimente à nouveau en défiant les notions de théâtralité et de réception du public, et s’assure que chaque corps qui gravite sur scène, à l’intérieur de tableaux hautement athlétiques, est une réponse à la Méthode RUBBERBAND.

Sometimes humorous, sometimes serious, Vic’s Mix spans the immense creative territory of Victor Quijada, extracting a number of jewels from the choreographer’s repertoire. Remixing his own work and orchestrating the clash of urban pop and classical composition, Victor continues to experiment here, challenging notions of theatricality and audience reception, ensuring that each of the bodies moving onstage in these highly athletic tableaus exemplifies the RUBBERBANDance Method.
