During the lockdown, I have been watching a lot of aquascaping videos and the ones that really got my attention was the fish bowl aquascapes done by George Farmer and MD Fish Tanks. So I decided to have a little lockdown project and aquascape a fish bowl. I have also decided to make this into a Guppy Bowl! This set up is a 17-litre fish bowl with NO FILTER, NO HEATER, NO CO2 and NO FERTILISERS! I am using a 40w LED desk lamp to light this aquascape, this makes it an ultra low tech set up. The plants I used in this fish bowl aquascape are Bucephalandra Caterina 'Pygmaea', Bucephalandra Lamandau Mini Red, Bucephalandra Mini Needle Leaf, Bucephalandra Theia Green, Eleocharis Acicularis Mini, Hygrophila Pinnatifida, Hydrocotyle Tripartita "Mini" and Microsorum Pteropus Trident. Almost are the plants I am using are Bucephalandra species, so I guess you can almost call this a Bucephalandra Aquascape!
