Talking about the worst of psychosis is not easy. My reality was worse than anything possible in actual reality and it’s still hard to live with the things I’ve gone through. I want to talk about this to impress upon people just how serious this illness is, and to help others understand the severity of the trauma we walk away with. It may not be real to you, but to me it was a living nightmare.
