Fox Creek Group Campground is an open, barren area under high power lines with little shade, surrounded by dense forest near where Fox Creek meets the Breitenbush River. This site accommodates up to 75 guests, including tent campers and RVs of any size, with ample parking. Facilities include an accessible vault toilet, dumpster, campfire rings, and picnic tables. Note that there is no water service at this site.

Detroit Lake, located within 10 miles, offers activities such as power boating, water skiing, kayaking, and canoeing. Other nearby activities include off-highway vehicle recreation, hunting, hiking, backpacking, scenic driving, and soaking in hot springs.
