The Tielman Brothers was the first Dutch-Indonesian band to
successfully venture into the international music scene in the
1950s. They were one of the pioneers of rock and roll in
The Netherlands, and are credited with releasing the first
Dutch rock and roll single, Rock Little Baby of Mine in 1958.

1947 to 1956 was known and active in Indonesia as Timor Brother
1956 moved to Netherland

1964 Reggy and Andy has an serous car accident in Germany
1965 LP East and West was released. Hit with "Maria".
Slowly the Tielman Brothers become Night Club Orchestra with 50's Songs

The children of the Timorese KNIL Captain were not well known in
Indonesia, but had a brilliant career in the Netherlands.

The Tielman Brothers are considered to be the pioneers of Indo-rock.

1947 – 1956 – The Tielman brothers are active in Indonesia
under the names Timor Brothers and the Four T's.
