"Need a Hand, Old Pal"

Gotham City faces a new threat from the "Animalitia," a group of animal-themed villains using robot animals for their crimes. Led by Silverback the gorilla, with members like Penguin, Cheetah, Man-Bat, and Killer Croc, they target Gotham's newest skyscraper, the Aviary.

As the Gotham City descends to chaos, Flash and Green Arrow from neighbouring cities comes to Batman's aid. Along with Red Robin, Nightwing they battle the villains and their robotic beasts. Discovering that Dr. Kirk Langstrom, aka Man-Bat, designed the robots, they learn the Animalitia's true plan: to bring down the asteroid Midas Heart to steal its gold. With Langstrom's help, Heroes gain the Command of Animals and take the Fight to Penguin and then to Save Earth from Asteroid.
