After extensive negotiations, the National Conference and Congress have finalized their seat-sharing formula for the Jammu and Kashmir Assembly elections. The National Conference will contest 51 seats, while Congress will contest 32. Both parties will have a friendly contest on 5 seats, with CPI(M) and Panthers Party fighting for 4 seat each.
