Another year, another successful Wodapalooza!

This was the 12th time the world’s largest international CrossFit event was hosted here in Miami and my 12th time doing it. I teamed up with Chandler Smith and Tola Morakinyo as Team Ombré Hombres, once again!

We had 2 packed days of competition, with 3 events on each day. We had 2 event wins to close out day 1 and open up day 2. Watch the video video to see where we ended up on the podium!
