Why is Fallout at Gen Con?

Gen Con is a MASSIVE convention that celebrates gaming outside of video games. Games like Magic The Gathering, Dungeons and Dragons, Warhammer 40k as well as several underrated titles. So imagine my surprise when I found out that there was MORE ways to play Fallout even without a Keyboard.
