Stop the pain and stop the leaking!!! This 15-minute strength and mobility pelvic floor workout will teach you how to engage your pelvic floor during your workouts and during everyday life to help prevent and relieve any discomfort and/or leaking. We will also work through several mobility exercises to decrease tension and allow for better pelvic floor activation.

This is a great workout to help prevent any pelvic dysfunction as well as improve the overall function of movements in everyday life. Add this a few times a week to your training to increase the strength and mobility of your pelvic floor.

Since we all have a pelvic floor, this workout is great if you are pregnant, postpartum, or have never been pregnant. or even as you age! It's equipment optional and will leave you feeling relaxed and more knowledgeable about your body!

The goal of this training is to talk you through the exercises and help you make the mind-muscle connection so you can build muscle, reduce tension, and improve movement patterns.

15-MINUTE FUNCTIONAL PELVIC FLOOR STRENGTH & MOBILITY WORKOUT STRUCTURE AND EXERCISES

NO EQUIPMENT NEEDED

OPTIONAL
- DUMBBELLS- I used my 15lbs / 6.8kg When selecting a weight for this workout, it will vary, you want to lift light to moderately heavy! Any weight that will allow you to focus on the pelvic floor and form!
- EXERCISE MAT

STRUCTURE
- 5 STRENGTH EXERCISES
- 6 MOBILITY EXERCISES
- ONCE THROUGH EACH
- WORK: 60 SECONDS
- REST: 20 SECONDS

Note: In this video, I am in my third trimester and was experiencing pain from pubis synthesis dysfunction, once I added these strength and mobility exercises, it has helped immensely and I am no longer experiencing the pain which has made life and training so much more enjoyable!
