300ml water （水）
2 pandan leaves, knotted （2片班兰叶，打结）

120g rice flour （粘米粉）
60g tapioca flour （木薯粉）
300ml pandan juice ( 6 pandan leaves blended with 300ml of water) 班兰水 （6片班兰叶加入300毫升水打烂）
2 pandan leaves, knotted （2片班兰叶，打结）
1/2 tsp alkaline water （碱水）

100g grated coconut （白椰丝）
1/4 tsp salt （盐）
