Human Design shows you where and how to access your body’s consciousness as a decision-making tool, and ultimately, how to live as your true and authentic self. One of the first steps in Human Design is understanding your energy type, and by using your energy correctly, you can eliminate resistance and move through life with more ease and flow.

In this video, we discuss the Manifestor type, characteristics, and gifts as well as some of the conditioning and challenges we can face. I also speak about some of my experiences as a man trying to live my design.

Here is a quick overview of Manifestors:

- Make up 9% of the population and have a closed and repelling aura
- Their role in humanity is to be a leader and creator while taking action and making an impact
- Have no defined sacral centre and therefore no sustainable energy
- Manifestors are fantastic leaders and are here to create what they love
- They are independent, do not like being told what to do, usually forge ahead with an idea without the need to consult with others
- Due to their limited amount of energy they are meant to work in short bursts and rest is important for them to be as efficient as possible
- The Strategy for a Manifestor is to inform others of their intended action
- The signature theme is peace while the not-self theme is anger
