Every day in the United Kingdom, approximately 13 men die by suicide each day in the UK. That’s 91 a week.

At the end of November I descended Box Hill 91 times to the depth of the deepest and darkest point on the earth, the Mariana Trench, 11,034 meters. To help raise funds for Movember and awareness for men’s mental health and how important it is to check in.
