Today I take a jab at growing a new species of mushroom which I never tried before. It's the Pioppino mushroom, a "meaty and crunchy with a nutty, slightly sweet, peppery, and earthy flavored" gourmet shroom.
I'm growing it inside of a homemade fruiting chamber that one could easily improve on by watching online videos.
