But, most importantly, the Honjō Masamune is a mystery, because on a fateful day in 1946, perhaps the finest sword ever made just… vanished, never to be seen again. Despite extensive search efforts, the disappearance of the Honjō Masamune has puzzled those who tried to find it for the past 80 years, leaving only two questions in everyone’s mind: HOW did it disappear, and WHERE is it now?
