The above machine was made in Taiwan in the 1980s – it is metal bodied and can do adjustable straight stitch, reverse stitch and zigzag; it also has a large number of practical built-in stitches including stretch stitches and the possibility of using twin needles together with two spools and threads.

The machine is a free-arm machine with a detachable worktable/accessory
box. The feed dogs can be dropped at the push of a button to facilitate embroidery and darning.

The Toyota will sew a wide range of materials from the light fabrics to
denim, sailcloth and leather.
