Join me in exploring the rich and historic district, “Millionaire’s Row,” on 14th Ave. E. by Volunteer Park in Capitol Hill, Seattle. The historic district was once the first settlement of the affluent and wealthy citizens of Seattle in the early 1900s; according to public records, Thomas Russell built the oldest house on Millionare’s Row on May 05, 1902; the home is in this video still in its original architecture and color. The rest of the mansions and houses on “Seattle Millionaire’s Row” are still standing today in excellent condition and are a testament to the neighborhood’s glorious past.

3 HISTORIC MANSIONS ON MILLIONAIRE’S ROW:
1. The “Moore Mansion” built in 1903
2. The “Parker-Fersen Mansion” built-in 1908 (The White Mansion)
3. The “Shafer Baillie Mansion” built in 1913
