This is Tafukuji Temple in Miyoshi-machi, Iruma-gun, Saitama Prefecture.
The mountain name is “Santome-san."
The temple grounds are surrounded by lush greenery and tranquility, and the main gate, mountain gate, and main hall are lined up in a straight line.

The beautiful and magnificent family crest on the doors of the main gate is the Koriyama Hanabishi of the temple's founder, Yanagisawa Yoshiyasu (then lord of Kawagoe Domain).
The mountain gate is a magnificent two-story gate with a plaque reading "Dontenkaku." Sixteen arhat statues are said to be enshrined inside.

The temple was founded by Yanagisawa Yoshiyasu as a family temple for settlers when he was developing the Santome Shinden (Kamitome, Nakatomi, Shimotomi) area.

The development project began with the securing of drinking water, and it was said to have been an extremely difficult project, and securing drinking water was extremely tough.
The water from the Genroku well built at that time was called "Kanro-sui" (sweet water).
