First, he covers the genesis of SWYBRYD in 2002 and some intermediate SWYBRYD exercises. Then he shows how RIO (Repeat In Octaves) simplifies extended range scales and arpeggios. He then describes Bruno Economy Picking to economize picking in an imperfect world as opposed to Gambale Economy picking (Perfect World).
